We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Assistant to become an essential part of our thriving general dental office Mon-Thu 9-6. For over 75 years, our practice has been a pillar of quality dental care in Boston, emphasizing personalized service and modern technology.
As a Dental Assistant, you will work closely with our team of experienced dentists, gaining hands-on experience in various dental procedures. Your responsibilities include preparing treatment rooms, assisting during procedures, managing patient records, and educating patients on oral health. With a strong focus on patient care, you will help create a welcoming and supportive environment.
Ideal candidates will have at least one year of dental assisting experience and a passion for providing exceptional care. Your skills in communication, teamwork, and attention to detail will be vital to our practice’s success.

Providing quality dental care to patients in Boston is a family affair for Dr. Stevens. His father, Dr. Elias Stevens, founded Dental Arts of Boston at the same location 75 years ago. His mother Dr. Stavroula Stevens, sister, Dr. Athena Papas, and his daughter, Dr. Michelle Stevens, are also dentists. Dr. Papas has retired from private practice, but Dr. Michelle Stevens still works at our practice.
Dr. George Stevens’ formal training led to an academic appointment at Tufts School of Dental Medicine in 1981. Dr. Papas is a distinguished professor at Tufts Dental School with full tenure and was Dean of research up until September of 2024.
Dr. George Stevens has served the community as the chairman of the Metropolitan District Dental Society (the Massachusetts Dental Society’s largest district) and on the peer review committee of the MDDS. He is a member of the American Dental Association, Massachusetts Dental Society and has been running Dental Arts of Boston since 1981.
