Dental Hygienist (Evanston, IL) - $3,500 Signing Bonus

Dentologie is seeking full-time Dental Hygienist to join our dynamic team at our Evanston, IL practice!

Our Evanston practice (1601 Sherman, Suite B, Evanston, IL 60201) is located at Fountain Square in downtown Evanston and comprised of 7 vibrant, spacious operatories. Nearby, there is a wide variety of brunch and dinner locations as well as shopping at Target and Whole Foods. Dawes Park is a pleasant recreation not far away along the shore of Lake Michigan. Wonderful opportunity for those starting their hygiene career as well as those experienced hygienists seeking a caring and engaging environment!

Schedule:
- Monday: 7:30am-2:30pm (patients scheduled 8am-2pm)
- Tuesday: 1:30pm-8:30pm (patients scheduled 2pm-8pm)
- Wednesday: 7:30am-2:30pm (patients scheduled 8am-2pm)
- Thursday: 1:30pm-8:30pm (patients scheduled 2pm-8pm)
- Friday: 7:30am-3:30pm (patients scheduled 8am-3pm)

Responsibilities:
- Provide patient care in all dental periodontal services in which you are licensed to perform.
- Assist dentist chairside during examinations.
- Provide a 10-star Patient experience.
- Contribute positively to an engaging corporate culture.
- Prepares instruments and materials for procedures for your patients.
- Make patients as comfortable as possible in the dental chair.
- Instruct patients on pre- and post-operative procedures and provide oral health education including at home care.
- Proficient in obtaining dental radiographs and intra-oral scans/photos.
- Keep treatment records such as charting existing restorations, periodontal charting as well as planned treatment.
- Monitor daily supplies for restocking.
- Provide patients with instructions for oral care following periodontal procedures as well as other dental treatment procedures completed by dentists.
- Follow infection control protocol by preparing, sterilizing instruments, equipment, and ops.

Education and Experience:
- Registered Dental Hygiene degree from an accredited program.
- Active Registered Dental Hygiene license within the state of Illinois.
- Local Anesthesia certified.
