Job Posting: Dental Assistant

Join our boutique dentistry practice, where we strive to deliver an unparalleled experience for our patients in downtown Austin. We specialize in cosmetic dentistry, general dentistry, invisalign, and offer a range of other treatments. As a full-time Dental Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing superior patient care and assisting our talented toothology team.

We are seeking a skilled individual with at least 5 years of dental assisting experience to support our multi-doctor office. Your responsibilities will include appointment scheduling, chair side assistance, dental charting, and operating various equipment like the Cavitron and iTero. A strong knowledge of dental terminology and treatment planning is essential, as well as the ability to monitor nitrous oxide and provide outstanding customer service. Must have experience with ordering back office supplies (having used Dentira is a plus), compliance and keeping on top of office’s clinical maintenance and making sure our equipment is kept in good standing. Must know how to use GSuite and Teams - aka strong tech savvy side and strong communication!

Open Dental is a must.
