We are a growing dental practice seeking a Dental Receptionist/Treatment Coordinator/Biller to join our TEAM! If you have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for patient care, we'd love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
Greeting and checking in patients with a friendly and professional demeanor
Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the office calendar
Verify insurance benefits and collect copayment/ payments
handling patient communication via Flex software
Treatment Coordinator duties
Present and explain treatment plans to patients
Discuss fanatical options and assist with payment arrangements
Ensure patients understand procedures and feel comfortable with their care
Following up with pending treatment with patients
Billing Duties
Submit insurance claims and follow up on outstanding claims
post insurance and patient payments accurately
Handling billing inquiries and resolving any discrepancies
Coordination with 3rd parties regarding any insurance-related duties
Some admin duties include, not limited to, opening/closing the office, running morning huddles/weekly meetings, filling /documenting/paying the TEMP Team, / tacking and insurance checks/,
Requirements
Previous experience in dental office, insurance billing, and treatment coordination; Proficiency in dental software Open Dental, strong customer service and communication skills; ability to multitask in a fast-paced situation
