Course Description:
Have you dreamed about getting another job recently? Or have you been so energy depleted, you’ve wondered is there “more joy” doing something else? The dental employment culture is hurting for career satisfaction and longevity. How do we embrace our purpose of serving patients while working closely with a “team”?
This course is designed to help all dental professionals discover techniques to utilize our emotional currency both inside and outside of the work space. We will explore the concepts of “board out,” “brown out,” and “burn out” identify their signs and impacts, and learn practical strategies to reduce stress at work, while applying emotional intelligence concepts.

About the presenter:
Corinne Jameson-Kuehl, RDH, BS, has been immersed in Wisconsin’s dental industry for over 20 years, bringing a deep understanding of the dental business through her extensive experience as a dental business owner. Her background includes private practice ownership, founding a dental staffing company, and currently owning Custom Dental Solutions in Wisconsin. Corinne and her team at Custom Dental Solutions provide hands-on business development and proven solutions to dentist-owners, focusing primarily on private practice offices that seek enhanced systems, protocols, and accountability to achieve growth. Corinne’s professional interests include writing articles and presenting continuing education to dental audiences nationwide, having presented at ADA, ADHA, Seattle Study Club, RDH Under One Roof, and various society meetings. Recognized as the 2016 recipient of the Sunstar Butler Award of Distinction, Corinne has also been featured on multiple podcasts and in articles. Passionate about helping dental professionals and business owners thrive, Corinne believes in continuous learning and finds great reward in supporting clients through personal and professional changes. In her personal time, she enjoys playing pickleball with her husband and spending time on the lake with her children. Certifications: ICF Professional Coaching Certification (UW Madison Professional Coaching program), TTI Success Insights DISC, 12 Driving Forces, Emotional Quotient, and HD Certifications, as well as the Human Resources Institute Certification.
