Katie Lopata earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Educational Studies with an emphasis in English from Carroll College in 2005 and soon after began her career in Healthcare Administration. Over the past 17 years, she has applied her passion for education and healthcare expertise to coach teams toward success through solution-focused problem-solving. Her drive to create a positive team culture motivates her to help teams excel not only for each other but also for their patients. Katie has demonstrated success in developing and implementing policies related to AR management, insurance and billing, employee retention, patient satisfaction, and general business development. In her free time, she enjoys being with her family, listening to live music, spending time outdoors, and participating in fantasy football leagues.
